SELECT System Invoice Payment & Multi-Channel Multi-Operator is a solution that enables telecom operators and financial institutions to offer holders the option to pay different bills (water, electricity, telephone …) across multiple acceptance channels (ATM, POS).

The solution consists of the following modules:

  • Invoices Payment Server: This is the central point of the payment platform of invoices and offers various features including: management of bill payment transactions, management of billers interface, routing and switching of payment authorizations … etc. with the operator interface Online.
  • Controller channel ISO 8583: To manage the relationship with the switch of the bank and authorize transactions in the acceptance channel
  • Controller SMS channel: Manages the relationship with cell phones, formats outgoing messages and scans incoming messages. It manages the settings for the SMS bill payment service.
  • Controller Internet channel: This is a user interface based on the Web that handles bill payment settings on the Internet (subscriptions, activation and limitations). This interface also ensures the overall security of the website.
  • Voice channel controller: Manages the relationship with the voice server and the parameters of the bill payment service.

SELECT System® E-Business Server can manage the different authorization requests from Merchants Kits. It consists of two main modules:

  • Internet Secure Access (ISA Module) is an independent module that can identify and verify the validity of the certificate Kits Retailers who send requests for authorization.
  • Internet Request Manager (ISR Module) is an independent interface to verify permit applications in terms of syntax and validity of the request for authorization from the Merchant Kit.

E-Voucher/E-Top-up

SELECT System e-Voucher / E-TopUp is used as an economical and efficient alternative to the scratch card for the pre-payment of various types of services: prepaid mobile phone, Internet access and fixed telephone.

The principle of the solution is to use, in the authorized retail outlets, electronic payment terminals for editing at the request of a charging ticket or access.

For telecom operators, this solution comes in 2 variants:

  • E-Voucher: the PIN for the customer’s GSM line is indicated on the ticket generated by the TPE.
  • E-Top-Up: the client receives the recharge PIN code for his online SMS message from the telecom operator. The SMS arrives after approval of the charging request. It is materialized by printing a permission notice on the TPE that serves received.
