MINT payroll payment solution refers to the electronic wage payment of the employees by means of salary card, which can be either used in the privately-installed cash dispensing machines (Closed loop) or any ATM machines (Open loop) within the country.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

    • One agreement with the employer for salary processing (includes all services)
    • MME invests in the infra-structure for disbursement of salaries
    • MME  handles the full payroll payment process in 100% compliance with the WPS process and regulations;
    • Agreement with Partner Bank to issue ATM Cards with access to Switch Network ATMs for salary withdrawal

ONBOARDING

After an agreement is entered between MINT and the Employer, MINT will register the Employer for the processing of the payroll payment based on the following information received:

    • Signed agreement/ contract copy
    • Trade License Copy
    • Passport copies of Owner’s and Authorized Signatory’s
    • E-Data Template
    • Mandatory scanned copies of the following for all employees
    • Passport copy
    • Visa Page
    • Emirates ID
  • Labour Card

Once the Employer and the data of the Employees are received and registered, MINT will issue and disburse the cards and PIN codes as per the agreement with the Employer.
